Meet the Team

    • Aram Sirakian

    Dr. Aram Sirakian is a renowned specialist in implant dentistry and prosthodontics and was one of the first surgically trained Prosthodontists in New England.
    For the last 27 years, Dr. Sirakian has been working with some of the most prestigious specialty practices in the Boston area, including his own dental office in Andover, combining aesthetic and implant dentistry to bring healthy and beautiful smiles to his patients.

    Dr. Sirakian has published numerous scientific articles in leading dental journals and textbooks on dental implants and Prosthodontics. He has also served on the editorial board of the Journal of Oral Implantology for 10 years. He lectures internationally on advancements in aesthetic and implant dentistry. Dr. Sirakian is a faculty member of the postdoctoral program in Prosthodontics at Boston University.

    For the past 18 years Dr. Sirakian has been an active participant of projects aimed at building and funding dental clinics in developing countries. He devotes a great deal of his time promoting oral health and enhancing dental care for those in need.
    Dr. Sirakian holds active membership in numerous professional organizations including the Academy of Osseointegration, the American College of Prosthodontists, the American Academy of Dental Science—the oldest dental association in the United States—and the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics. He has served as president of both the American College of Prosthodontists (MA) and the American Academy of Dental Science.

    Dr. Sirakian is a graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. He was among the first in his field to receive specialty training in Oral Implantology and Biomaterials during a two-year fellowship Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in New York City. He continued his training in Prosthodontics at the Harvard University School of Dental Medicine, where he earned the degree of Masters of Medical Science (M.M.Sc.) from the Faculty of Medicine.

    Beautiful Teeth in One Visit

    Our practice employs the latest advancements in 3D imaging technology in conjunction with computer-aided design and machining to provide our patients with functional and aesthetic teeth in one treatment session.

    In partnership with Nobel Biocare, our practice utilizes Nobel Guide™, the cutting-edge technique in computer-guided implant surgery. This allows us to place implants and deliver beautiful restorations on the same day.

    In restorative dentistry we are able to create aesthetic, all-ceramic restorations using the CEREC 3™ In-Lab technology in one visit. Intra-oral scanning is used to mill cosmetic in-lays, on-lays and full crowns. In our on-site laboratory we are able to customize the shade of all restorations to achieve the perfect match.

    Uncompromising Safety

    Infection control is paramount in our practice. To protect our patients and ourselves, we maintain strict sterilization and cross-contamination processes to surpass standards recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).
