Dr. Sirakian carefully studies this data and is able to present you with various treatment options that will address your needs. This allows you to make an educated decision about the best option that suits your individual needs.

Let us know of any relevant medical condition or prescription you have before surgery in case it may interfere with treatment.
Since our primary goal is your comfort, we will make every effort to customize an arrangement that is best suited for you. We file with all dental insurance companies, offer alternative financing options and accept all major credit cards as well as personal checks.

We know your time is very valuable so we provided you downloadable registration forms. You can save some time by printing and filling out the forms for your first visit before your arrival. The forms help us understand your medical history and provide other useful information for your treatment.
